RESPONSIBILITIES Attend and follow up on existing and new overseas inquiries. To identify business/sales opportunity and promote company products and services. To work closely with Manager for company’s product matter. To understand customers’ requirements and handle their feedback. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information. To prepare and present company profile introduction to customers. Attending trade exhibition, conferences and meetings. Attend to customer complaints promptly and resolve any issues amicably to enhance excellent customer relationship. Provide support and assistance to Department Manager to ensure every sales order can be complete on time including but not limited to payment collection, license application, Customer Contract, project status follow-up with internal and external parties etc. Prepare quotation pertaining to customers’ requirement. Provide potential customers with relevant up to date products information and pricing. Tasks that specified in the company ISO 9001 : 2015 Other task as assigned by Sales Manager. Monitor customers’ orders with planning department to ensure orders are delivered on time. REQUIREMENTS SPM, STPM, Diploma, general education degree or equivalent. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Independent with good command in English both verbal and written as job requires to deal with customers internationally Sales driven and self-motivated person. Experience in M & E preferred or construction related is an added advantage
