Factory/Production Manager

Job Title: Factory/Production Manager Location: Rawang, Selangor, Malaysia Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Production Manager with a technical background and experience in Malaysian GMP, ISO 9001, and ISO 22716 standards. The candidate should have a background in the personal care or food industry and will be responsible for the overall control of production, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day production operations and ensure processes run efficiently. • Implement and maintain compliance with GMP, ISO 9001, and ISO 22716 standards. • Lead the production team, develop schedules, and meet production goals. • Collaborate with Quality Control and R&D for product quality. • Troubleshoot production issues and drive process improvements. • Ensure safety regulations are followed in all production activities. • Monitor KPIs and make adjustments to production as needed. • Coordinate with supply chain and purchasing departments for efficient operations. Qualifications and Experience: • Qualifications: Knowledge in Operations Management in manufacturing personal care or food manufacturing. • Experience: Minimum 5 years of production management in personal care or food manufacturing. • Familiarity with automated machinery. Salary Range: MYR 8,000 + negotiable based on experience and qualification.
