Principal Responsibilities • To ensure quality control and good workmanship is achieved, ensure works comply to contract drawings, specifications and relevant authorities’ requirements. • To ensure that variation work is justified and if possible, to keep to a minimum. • To liaise among all consultants and contractors to produce satisfactory and acceptable completed works. • To closely monitor the progress schedules and ensure the project completes within an acceptable time frame. Site Management • To ensure all site staff understand their roles and responsibilities and all works are properly recorded and monitored. • To ensure all site staff know the work sequences and specifications well and to implement quality control at all time. • To ensure each and every site staff is able to perform their task independently. • To instill discipline in all site staff.
