DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible to have update information on room charges and status. Responsible to have update knowledge of admission procedure and facilitate patient’s admission. Responsible to verify all Guarantee letters, validity period, coverage limit. Responsible to collect deposit (as per schedule) and to provide prayer with receipt accordingly Assist to send mobile patients and other related documents to the wards. Responsible to enter charges related to the patient’s treatment. Responsible to check with other departments and to ensure that all charges have been properly taken up before patient is discharged Responsible to check and ensure that billing is done accurately. Responsible to attend to patient’s query regarding the bill/charges. Responsible to generate patient’s bill. Responsible to collect all payments. Responsible to reconfirm all Guarantee Letters, validity period, coverage limit. Responsible to arrange the agreement of deferred payment after approval from authorized personnel. Responsible to prepare daily collection report and ensure collections tally with the report. Responsible to prepare daily collection report and ensure collections tally with the report. Ensure all policies and procedures of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and MSQH Hospital Accreditation Standard are adhered to and records maintained, if and when these programs are implemented. To ensure compliance at all point of engagement with patients/ customers/ guests at all times. Responsible and accountable to achieve the needs of the patient’s and family’s rights at all times. Ensure compliance to Patient Safety Goals at all points of engagements. Responsible and Accountable to carry out duties as in the occupational Safety and Health Act and Regulations 1994. Perform any other duties as assigned by the superiors. EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS & QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Diploma level and preferably Bachelor in any field. 2 years of relevant experience and preferably with relevant experience in Hospital/healthcare. Microsoft office literacy. Able to work well on multiple projects & meet tight deadlines. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Responsibility and reliability to take charge of certain projects independently. Willing to travel. Excellent English communication skills both oral and written.
