Beauty and Health Products Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: TTDI Jaya, Shah Alam We're Looking for a New Star! Are you passionate and ambitious in the beauty and health industry? We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager for several brands that are established directly from the factory. If you are proactive and have extensive experience and dream of becoming a Founder of Your Own Brand, we want to guide you! Scope of Duties: Plan and implement sales and marketing strategies for our high quality brand beauty and health products. Identify and build a sales team under the brand that management is responsible for Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed set sales targets. Research and analyze market and consumer trends to identify new opportunities and improve brand positioning. Develop long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners to expand the business network. Manage creative and effective promotional activities and marketing campaigns. Provide periodic performance reports and sales analysis to management. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the beauty and health industry. Aged between 27 to 35 years. Have the ambition to become the founder of your own brand and a high entrepreneurial spirit. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
