 To assist on official travel management  Managing all correspondence and registry as well as sorting administration emails.  Assists in planning and arranging events, including planning refreshments.  To handle reception area and visitors' management  Answer phone calls and transfers them as necessary.  Assisting to raise Purchase Request (PR) for other business units as and when required.  Provide support to the office administrative functions, which include undertaking clerical duties, photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed.  Manages outgoing post and record data on deliveries.  Maintains stock list and order office supplies as needed.  On-going Process – Maintains accurate records for incoming and outgoing correspondences.  Ensure enough stationery/pantry for office use – inventory control.  Work under the general supervision of the Office Administrator and in close coordination in office management.  Assist in compiling newspaper clipping.  Ensure Vendor List and response letter is up to date
