To assist on official travel management Managing all correspondence and registry as well as sorting administration emails. Assists in planning and arranging events, including planning refreshments. To handle reception area and visitors' management Answer phone calls and transfers them as necessary. Assisting to raise Purchase Request (PR) for other business units as and when required. Provide support to the office administrative functions, which include undertaking clerical duties, photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed. Manages outgoing post and record data on deliveries. Maintains stock list and order office supplies as needed. On-going Process – Maintains accurate records for incoming and outgoing correspondences. Ensure enough stationery/pantry for office use – inventory control. Work under the general supervision of the Office Administrator and in close coordination in office management. Assist in compiling newspaper clipping. Ensure Vendor List and response letter is up to date
