MOLDING MANAGER

A. RESPONSIBILITIES 1 Manage overall activities in Production department. 2 Liase with customers and suppliers. 3 Co-ordinating of machinery and equipment layout. 4 Responsible for quality, productivity and efficiency. 5 Ensure corrective action and preventive action are timely taken. 6 Responsible to minimize manufacturing waste. 7 Communicate and create awareness within Production personnel. 8 Ensure acceptable working environment suitable for manufacturing. 9 Motivate and manage subordinate. 10 Comply to QMS, EMS / OHS requirements and procedures 11 Perform other tasks as assigned by superior. B. AUTHORITIES 1 To stop using materials of suspected problem. 2 To stop using machine of having uncontrolled conditions. 3 To stop production for nonconformity problem. 4 To take action on employees having discipline problem. 5 To approve all related documents supporting production. C. SKILLS REQUIRED 1 Understand of Quality Management System requirements. 2 Ability to manage a group of people. 3 Ability to analyze problem. 4 Planning and holding meeting. 5 Good communication and presentation skills. 6 Computer literate. 7 Negotiation and persuasion skills.
