(1) Assist/Relieve HR & Admin Executive on general administration/human resource during her/his absence. (2) To take charge and monitor In-house/Outsource Cleaner, Gardener/Security Guard overall performance. (3) Check and record the leave form(s) submission into Database system (4) Check attendance record & prepare payroll for Non-Management staff (5) To update the Individual Training Record (6) To update the Company Vehicles Repair & Maintenance Records (7) To monitor the records for proper security functions within the organization (Visitors/Contractor Login Records, Security Guard Report, Company Vehicle In & Out records, Lorry In & Out Records) (8) To check and monitor the tidiness and cleanliness for the premises area, toilets and canteen area (9) Checking and issuing of the monthly canteen subsidy to all employees (10) Proper recording and distribute of Uniform to all employees (11) Record and distribution of staff lockers keys and car parking allocation to employees (12) To ensure ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016 Management System procedures and activities are implemented and adhered to effectively. (13) Additional responsibilities as and when instructed by superior REQUIREMENT: At least 1 year working experience related of HR & admin job task Can communicate in English and Bahasa Able to multi task and detail oriented
