1. Assist company Finance Manager. 2. Maintenance and finalisation of the monthly accounts and to ensure the accounts are submitted within the datelines given. 3. To prepare all tax invoices or claims. 4. To raise journal vouchers, debit notes and credit notes. 5. To prepare all reimbursement claim, staff salary, statutory contributions and income tax deductions are deducted and / or paid to the relevant authorities on time. 6. To monitor the preparation of payments to creditors. 7. Preparation of monthly trade debtor & creditors accounts report. 8. To prepare all reconciliation statements e.g., Trade creditors, banks, deposits, etc. 9. Preparation of bank balance summary. 10. To prepare the tax submission. 11. Bookkeeping for all the relevant documents. 12. To assist in the audit of the Company. 13. Other duties that may be assigned from time to time. Education, Qualification, Experience and Skill 1. Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent. 2. Minimum 3 years experience in accounting.
