This position will play a key role in managing the financial health of our organization. Reporting to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance roles, a solid understanding of financial principles and a proven track record of driving financial performance. Accountability & Responsibility 1. Providing support to the Accounting Department 2. Processing transactions, issuing cheques and updating ledgers 3. Create and update revenue and expense reports 4. Monthly reconciliation for bank, debtors and creditors 5. Prepare, review and filing payroll 6. Enter financial transactions into auto count system 7. Updating weekly and monthly cash flow 8. Assist in preparing financial reports such as Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet Statement and Cash Flow Statement 9. Assisting with audits, bank loan application and etc. 10. Administrative Support Business Correspondence between company and supplier, customer, stake holder, auditor, banker, company secretary, government agencies, management and relevant third parties. Perform clerical duties such as filing, answering phone calls, responding to email and office upkeep. Assist employer to keep workplace and office environment clean and safe Perform day to day basic office tasks like filing, data entry, and mail processing 11. Any duties are assigned by Superior. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance roles, with progressive responsibility. Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
