Branch Operations Management:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of OBC and NFO services.
- Coordinate and monitor all logistics activities, including order processing, shipment tracking, and timely deliveries.
- Ensure high standards of quality and accuracy in all deliveries, including special handling of time-sensitive or critical shipments.
- Manage inventory and warehouse activities, ensuring proper stock levels, packaging, and shipment handling.
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining service quality.
Customer Service & Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to enhance service delivery.
Sales & Business Development:- Support and lead local sales efforts to attract new business and increase branch revenue.
- Identify business opportunities, cultivate leads, and close sales with both existing and potential clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies and drive growth in both OBC and NFO services.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
Team Leadership & Staff Management:- Manage, train, and motivate a team of operations staff to ensure high performance and a positive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and offer coaching to enhance team productivity.
- Ensure staff adherence to operational procedures, safety standards, and customer service guidelines.
Financial Management & Reporting:- Manage the branch budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
- Regularly report on financial performance, operational metrics, and branch KPIs to senior management.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement:- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to set branch goals and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Continuously monitor and optimize branch operations, identifying areas for process improvement.
Education & Experience:- Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics or courier operations, with 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Prior experience in Onboard Courier (OBC) services or NFO logistics is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:- Strong operational understanding of on-board courier (OBC) services, logistics coordination, and time-sensitive shipments.
- Ability to manage logistics operations, customer service, and team performance effectively.
- Experience in sales or business development, with a track record of achieving revenue goals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and drive sales.
- Proficient in using logistics management software (CRM, TMS, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
