Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Telesales Representative with experience in enterprise sales solutions to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with our enterprise sales portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, where you’ll play a key role in driving our business growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and build strong relationships to understand their needs.
- Present and promote enterprise sales solutions to potential customers, showcasing Upstream BPO’s value.
- Engage in consultative selling to understand client challenges and offer customized solutions that drive value.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure solutions are tailored to meet client needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or inside sales, particularly in B2B or enterprise-level solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales solutions and an ability to communicate technical or complex concepts to clients.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise hardware or software sales.
- Familiarity with sales solutions in industries such as tech, finance, or telecommunications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
