Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to communicate in Mandarin since it will be dealing with a Mandarin Speaker.

SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.

Able to work on rotational shifts.

Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.

Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform under a high paced working environment.

Age Group: 18-55 years old.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issues related to the company’s products.

Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.

Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

Attend and resolve customer/client questions or complaints via phone call, email or live chat.

Regularly contacting customers to ensure their experience with a product or service is satisfactory.

Direct calls from customers to the appropriate department when necessary.

Ensure a positive attitude towards customers at all times.

Possess strong understanding of the company's products.

Keep records of customer interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
