Construction Manager (Infrastructure)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the project team to complete the assigned project (projects) in a timely and cost-effective manner and in line with the safety and acceptable quality.
• To coordinate and liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and sub-contractors.
• Organize workforce for respective work activities and ensure the works are according to drawings, specifications, procedures, and approved design.
• Chair weekly job site meetings.
• To review and monitor site work productivity and arrange resources as required.
• To report project progress to top Management/Directors.
• Coordination of all sub-contract works carried out in accordance with the project schedule.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Structural/Infra Engineering or related discipline from recognized learning institutions
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity in established organizations.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to lead the internal and external team to achieve goals and objectives.
• Must be computer literate.
