We are seeking motivated and customer-focused talents to join our team as Customer Service Executive. The role focuses on addressing customer inquiries with professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru
- Working Days: 6 Days/Week (8 Hours/Day)
- Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided
- Remuneration package includes a basic salary, allowances, incentives, and bonuses
- Transport and accommodation will be provided upon request
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming inquiries from customers, including calls, live chats, and emails.
- Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and escalate them to relevant departments if necessary.
- Provide excellent support to customers by giving accurate information.
- Work closely with the team to meet the required KPIs and SLAs.
- Demonstrate proficient typing skills.
- Strong computer literacy.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM education level.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- No experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided.
