We are seeking motivated and customer-focused talents to join our team as Customer Service Executive. The role focuses on addressing customer inquiries with professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru
  • Working Days: 6 Days/Week (8 Hours/Day)
  • Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided
  • Remuneration package includes a basic salary, allowances, incentives, and bonuses
  • Transport and accommodation will be provided upon request

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming inquiries from customers, including calls, live chats, and emails.
  • Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and escalate them to relevant departments if necessary.
  • Provide excellent support to customers by giving accurate information.
  • Work closely with the team to meet the required KPIs and SLAs.
  • Demonstrate proficient typing skills.
  • Strong computer literacy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM education level.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • No experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided.
