Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cafe Manager/Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and efficient staff management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Management:
Oversee daily operations of the cafe, ensuring adherence to quality and service standards.
Hire, train, and supervise staff, providing ongoing coaching and development.
Create staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and workflow.
Customer Service:
Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
Ensure high standards of service are maintained at all times.
Financial Oversight:
Assist in managing budget, expenses, and inventory control.
Monitor sales and financial reports, implementing strategies to enhance profitability.
Health & Safety:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Conduct regular inspections of the cafe and kitchen areas.
Menu Development:
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update the menu, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Marketing:
Assist in promoting the cafe through social media, events, and community engagement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of cafe operations, inventory management, and cost control.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
