- Assist in maintaining financial records, ledgers, and accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support the processing of accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment handling.
- Help prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including office management, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Support internal audits and control evaluations.
- Respond to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial operations and enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience as an accounting assistant or in a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in software (e.g., MS Office suite).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
