  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Handle the application and management of CIDB permits and exemptions.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for construction components imported from Singapore to Malaysia.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and stakeholders to facilitate the permit application process.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to import regulations and documentation for construction components.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit reports related to regulatory compliance and permit status.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams on regulatory matters.
  • Resolve any issues related to permits and importation processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on CIDB permits and construction imports.
  • Strong understanding of CIDB regulations and import/export procedures for construction components.
  • Ability to manage multiple regulatory processes simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with construction industry standards and practices.
  • Must be able to work in Ulu Choh.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Performance bonus
