- Handle the application and management of CIDB permits and exemptions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for construction components imported from Singapore to Malaysia.
- Coordinate with government agencies and stakeholders to facilitate the permit application process.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to import regulations and documentation for construction components.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of regulatory policies and procedures.
- Prepare and submit reports related to regulatory compliance and permit status.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on regulatory matters.
- Resolve any issues related to permits and importation processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on CIDB permits and construction imports.
- Strong understanding of CIDB regulations and import/export procedures for construction components.
- Ability to manage multiple regulatory processes simultaneously.
- Familiarity with construction industry standards and practices.
- Must be able to work in Ulu Choh.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
