Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Function Development:
Support the overall development of the Sales function by promoting core and value-added services through opportunity-based sales.
2. Achieving Business Targets:
Achieve business targets through excellent telephone sales and communication skills.
3. Lead Generation:
Create sales leads, initiate prospect calls, and establish ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.
4. New Business Opportunities:
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling prospects generated by internal or external sources.
5. Prospect Identification:
Identifying decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process.
6. Opportunity Delivery:
Create and deliver qualified opportunities to the Sales Team and/or relevant department.
7. Database Management:
Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
8. Collaboration and Strategy:
Collaborate with the Sales Team and relevant department to determine necessary strategic sales approaches/campaigns.
9. Customer Follow-Up:
Make regular follow-up calls to existing customers and develop the business through up-selling and cross-selling.
10. Account Penetration:
Penetrate all targeted accounts and increase sales from within the existing client base.
11. Marketing Support:
Support marketing efforts such as exhibitions, events, and Business Management where necessary.
12. CRM and Tools Usage:
Use customer relationship management (CRM, i.e., Zoho) and project management tools provided by the company to ensure the latest information/details are up to date.
13. Continuous Lead Generation:
Continuously generate leads through market research and proper profiling.
14. Cold Calling and ISR Support:
Engage in constant cold calling to assist the ISR team.
15. Ad-Hoc Tasks:
Complete any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the company or management.
These responsibilities aim to contribute to the growth and success of the Sales function and the overall business.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Possessing a passion for sales would be considered an added advantage.
Good communication skills and proficient of both written and spoken English.
Education or experience in Cybersecurity / Cloud Management / Data Management / CRM would be an added advantage.
Able to work independently as a team.
Able to multitask, pro-active & independent.
Pleasant personality with good attitude.
