Responsibilities :
· Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meeting and reordering supplies.
· Providing real time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventings conflicts.
· Making travel arrangements, such as booking ticket flights, car and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
· Sceering phone calls and routing callers to the approriates party.
· Using computer to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meeting, create presentation and conduct research.
· Greet and assist visitors.
· Maintain polite and profesional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
· Acticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
· Arrange courier & postage.
· Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirement, calling or repairs, maintaining equipment, quotations and so on.
Candidate requirements :
· Associate's diploma / degree in related field
· Prior administrative experience
· Excellent computer skill, especially typing
· Attention to detail
· Multilingual may be prefered or required
· Desire to be proactive and creative a positive experience to others
