Kiosk Branch Manager

1. Sales Performance

• Achieve category sales targets by implementing store sales plans and managing daily, weekly, and monthly operations.
• Analyze sales reports to identify key trends and develop actionable improvement plans.

2. Product Management

• Oversee new product launches and visual merchandising.
• Track product sell-through rates and manage inventory effectively.
• Develop sales strategies based on product data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Twenties' product management standards.

3. Operational Management

• Monitor and ensure smooth daily store operations, adhering to company procedures.
• Maintain store visual merchandising standards in line with the Twenties brand.
• Manage cash handling processes, including daily cash reconciliation, petty cash tracking, and ensuring adherence to company cash policies.
• Provide a high-standard shopping experience for customers at all times.

4. Team Leadership

• Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional performance.
• Assist in creating and implementing development plans for team members.
• Manage and resolve team-related issues constructively.

• Diploma or higher qualification, with at least 2 years of retail experience (preferably in apparel).
• Language required: Mandarin
• Skills required: Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Multitasking, Cash Handling.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong sales-driven mindset with creativity and a deep understanding of fashion trends.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure, handle conflicts constructively, and provide professional feedback.
