As a People Development Consultant at AZEO, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering tailored learning and development solutions to our clients. Your expertise will help businesses overcome challenges, upskill their people, and drive impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to identify their business challenges and people development needs.
  • Provide consultative advice, recommending customized learning, development, and talent management solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term success through exceptional service and support.
  • Drive business growth by achieving sales targets and managing key client accounts.
  • Actively generate new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and other lead-generation strategies.
  • Maintain regular sales activities including prospecting, client meetings, presentations, and proposal development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven consultative sales experience, ideally within the learning and development or corporate training industry.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic account management and client engagement.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with corporate clients and a deep understanding of their business goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
