Position : HR Intern

Position Type : Contract

Role & Responsibilities

1. Assisting the HR Executive to update Leave and Attendance system

2. ⁠Assisting the HR Executive to update and maintain Employee Personal Data and File.

3. ⁠Assisting the HR Executive to check and monitor any HR related claims

4. ⁠Performing clerical task such as filing, scanning and making copies of any HR related documents

5. ⁠Assisting the HR Team in any other HR matters as and when required by the superior.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Candidate must be currently pursuing a minimum of Diploma or Bachelor's in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, or any related field.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Internship duration: 3 months – 9 months.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Position is open to Malaysian citizens only
  • Please attach the University's Letter regarding your Internship

Allowance for Diploma Studies - RM800 per month

Allowance for Degree Studies - RM1000per month
