Lead and optimize the running end-to-end Procure-to Pay (PtP) activities in Asia, in line with strategy, policy and guidelines in such a way that the operational and tactical PtP processes run efficiently and effectively meeting the agreed service levels ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Organize and manage the team effectively and continuously optimize to improve quality with less costs. Being responsible for meeting KPIs, Continuous Improvement (CI) targets, providing leadership, people management and coaching to the team members through leading performance.
What we ask
- At least 5 years of experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable or a GBS environment within an international and multicultural environment.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a managerial position (with 8+ direct reports).
- Shared service experience in food & beverage industry is an advantage.
- Excellent and comprehensive E2E PtP process knowledge.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Strong people & stakeholder management in a multicultural environment.
- Digital & automation literacy: knowledge of PtP and office applications (Excel, PowerBI, Coupa, SAP, Basware).
- Continuous improvement mindset.

- Procure to pay operations: Organize, manage and optimize team on the sourcing and helpdesk activities, invoice processing and invoice receipt; ensure that operational KPIs, productivity and CI targets are met on a team level (business unit level),
- Governance & stakeholder management: Organize, manage and optimize team on the sourcing and helpdesk activities; ensure that operational KPIs, productivity and CI targets are met on a team level (business unit level) and leads, owns the Source to Pay governance with the different OpCo’s and Business units – ensuring a rigid cadence of action and metrics reviews.Act as second level escalation point towards the business units.
- Project & process optimization: Secure an optimized team in E2E operations for a dedicated business unit under one umbrella within GBS. Identify bottle necks in (work) processes, provide proposals on improvement opportunities, ensure implementation after approval and track progress. Lead the initiative to drive efficiency within the operations.
- Knowledge management: Ensure knowledge & information level of the E2E PtP teams is kept up-to-date regarding company, organizational and team results, changes, announcements etc. Grow the team into a solution oriented, client focused team with an E2E understanding of P2P.
- Strategy input: Contribute to the development of the department strategy (Big Rocks : No PO No Pay / Touchless Invoicing / Vendor Reduction) and annual plan based on own expertise of Procure to Pay and activities of own team.
- Compliance: Responsible for leading a compliant operation, implementation and execution of Internal Control Framework and Segregation of Duties. Work with the Risk & Control team to coordinate the internal and external audits.
- People management: Leads, coaches, mentors, develops and appraises employees within own team through leading performance.
Implements a robust back up and knowledge retention plan within own team.
