General Summary Of Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and provide invaluable support to our HR department at Cyberjaya. Your role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, including updating employee records, managing HR events and activities for the employees, processing employees benefit programs and more.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience in HR operations and gain insight into our company's approach to HR Services. Ultimately, an outstanding HR intern should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.

What would your role look like?

  • Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
  • Assisting in the planning of company events.
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.

What you will bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources
  • Willing to work at Shah Alam
  • Good writing and verbal communications (English)
  • Detail oriented
