Customer Quality Engineer

• Responsible for all the PCBA customer accounts assigned to ensure all product quality, process quality, and system quality conform with customers' specifications and internal quality system requirements.
• Escalation point all the PCBA customer accounts in a given account to liaise with Customer Quality representatives on all Quality matters.
• Consolidate monthly and/or quarterly Customer Quality Presentations. Review the investigation on all Customer Quality Feedback, Complaints, RMA FA, and CAR with the internal cross functional team for comprehensive root cause failure analysis and ensure closure with effective implementation of corrective actions and preventive actions.
• Consolidate the product quality performance and generate quality reports; chair internal weekly or bi-weekly product quality improvement meetings to reduce the customer reject and field return rate for continual improvement; Identify Quality Improvement projects and initiatives to drive Customer Satisfaction with Quality.
• Establish with a customer representative and internal team New Product Quality plans, procedures, and work instructions for overall quality control. Coordinate implementation and maintenance of such programs, procedures, or instructions; conduct quality training/cross-training for QA inspectors.
• Lead Audit customer product line for compliance with applicable standards and procedures.
• Lead and responsible for global implementation by conducting validation and configuration that will monitor for Solder Paste Inspection at SMT line .
• Responsible for supervision and management of product quality (5M1E), implementation of a process control plan, formulation of product quality inspection standards, QC engineering drawings, application of SPC and QC seven practices to constantly improve product quality, improve quality control ability, and product passthrough rate.
• Lead for LEAN implementation set up for the assembly line. Manage quality line audits with the customer to ensure good tracking and customer satisfaction.
• Internal Audit: ISO9001:2015 & ISO14001:2015 (Yearly audit to ensure organizations meet the needs of Cricut's effectively. Handle a document, especially on internal documents, following ISO 9001, ISO 9002, ISO 9003, and IATF 16949

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,800.00 per month
