Job Responsibilities:

Manage Bill of Materials for new product development, BOM structure and create SAP BOM.
Execute and implement ECNs both internally and externally.
Updates engineering documentation through Engineering change orders and Document Change notices.
Provide cost and timing as required for all engineering changes.
Prepare first article report for new part or product approval.
Perform engineering study and validation (product & process).
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions to improve product quality and reliability.
Prepare DFMEA and PFMEA. Facilitation front-end product, tool, assembly design, or process review.
Design process flow and prepare work instruction are required.
Problem solving approaches and continuous improvement efforts
Works on multiple new product projects under deadline
Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.
Ensures the teams always follows company policies and standard operation procedures (SOP).
