  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Skills : Degree in IT, Minimum 8 years in IT Infrastructure, Helpdesk support, able to do troubleshooting in Software and Hardware. Fluent English and can speak Mandarin (Liaise with China Counterparts)

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP System
  • Experience in IT Helpdesk operations including Software and Hardware
  • Experience in leading a IT team
  • Possess Network Troubleshooting & Technical Competency and knowledge in Network Infrastructure, SDLC Lifecycle, IT Security, Programming Language (eg, Java, PHP, Big Data).
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in Information Technology especially with a manufacturing background

Responsibilities :

  • Troubleshoot all information technology and related issues.
  • Maintain log and / or list of required repair and maintenance.
  • Connect and set up hardware and troubleshoot software error.
  • Maintenance and services of computer hardware and software.
  • Network and e-mail maintenance and configuration.

  • Immediate position

  • Must be able to work on Saturday

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM11,500.00 per month
