Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the AUSMAT and SAM programs that aligns with the institution's objectives and the needs of students.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for the programs, ensuring they remain relevant and effective in meeting educational standards and industry trends.
- Promote a culture of academic excellence, innovation, and collaborative learning among faculty and students.
Academic Management
- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of curricula for AUSMAT and SAM programs to ensure compliance with Australian education standards.
- Collaborate with faculty to design engaging learning experiences and assessment strategies that meet the diverse needs of students.
- Ensure that academic programs incorporate both theoretical knowledge and practical skills relevant to students’ future academic pursuits.
Faculty Leadership and Development
- Lead the recruitment, training, and professional development of faculty involved in AUSMAT and SAM programs.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages faculty engagement in curriculum development, teaching innovation, and research.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support faculty growth and development.
Student Success and Enrollment Management
- Implement student support programs focused on enhancing academic success, retention, and graduation rates.
- Work closely with admissions and marketing teams to achieve student recruitment targets and ensure a diverse student population.
- Oversee student admissions, placements, and career guidance services, helping students transition successfully to higher education.
- Create an inclusive, supportive, and safe learning environment for all students.
Marketing and Outreach
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the AUSMAT and SAM programs, attracting prospective students and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the institution’s marketing team to create promotional materials, social media campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
- Represent the programs at educational fairs, open days, and other events to enhance visibility and increase enrollment.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with local and international accreditation standards relevant to AUSMAT and SAM programs.
- Lead the accreditation and quality assurance processes, preparing for audits and evaluations by relevant educational bodies.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure programs remain compliant with current educational standards.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational authorities, partner institutions, and industry representatives.
- Serve as the representative for AUSMAT and SAM programs in external forums, conferences, and networking events.
- Collaborate with other departments and programs within the institution to support interdisciplinary initiatives and shared goals.
Operational and Financial Management
- Manage the operational budget for AUSMAT and SAM programs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial targets.
- Oversee the administrative functions of the programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and facilities management.
- Provide regular reports on program performance and outcomes to senior leadership.
Business Development and Community Engagement
- Lead initiatives to generate revenue for AUSMAT and SAM programs, ensuring financial sustainability.
- Represent the programs in community engagement activities, building partnerships with educational stakeholders and alumni.
- Promote the programs' involvement in community partnerships and industry collaborations, enhancing their impact and relevance.
RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Familiarity with Australian educational standards and frameworks relevant to AUSMAT and SAM programs.
Experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program management or educational leadership, preferably in an international education context.
- Proven experience in curriculum development, academic administration, and student services.
- Demonstrated success in managing enrollment, student retention, and academic performance.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- In-depth knowledge of Australian educational standards, assessment practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and administrative functions effectively.
- Commitment to promoting student success, faculty development, and academic excellence.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
