REPONBILITIES
- Attend to customers at the counter
- Attend to Inquiries via phone calls, walk in and emails.
- Attention to detail - Ensure you get the right information each time and achieving it in a timely manner
- Propose appropriate travel packages and service in accordance to client's requiries
- Strong customer service skills to support and handle both drivers and customers with their enquiries
- Must be team oriented, extremely motivated and able to work independently.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Good knowledge of tour package and tour leading
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Enjoy interacting with people, outgoing friendly and energetic personality with EXCELLENT customer service skill.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/ or Mandarin
- Those with a working knowledge of Tour & Travel Industry will have an advantage
- Experience in tour guidance
- Minimum Diploma/ degree in tourism or related discipline with an tourism emphasis is required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
