Responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible for supervising, guiding, and improving employees’ overall performance
2. Schedule monthly duty roster for all the staffs
3. Motivate staffs’ enthusiasm to help store achieve monthly sales target
4. Actively collect market information and report to company
5. Handling customer complaints and problems
6. Carry the company instruction and complete tasks assigned by the management
7. Responsible for stock take, ordering, and monitoring stock levels
8. Ensure smooth running in the day to day outlet operations in compliance to company policies, procedures and standard.
Requirement:
1. Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent with proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
2. Possess leadership, excellent management, interpersonal and communication skills
3. Mature, dynamic and committed team leader
4. Able to work on shift hours, weekends & public holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
