Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Managing the HR processes and related outputs compliance to its SOP.
  • Managing the achievement of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, Training and development with skill matrix evaluation, promote employee enhancement program.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Ensure timely compliance with local statutory payment and Government reporting such as Income Taxes, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and HRDF.
  • Liaise with immigration, Labour, EPF, SOCSO and IRB Department when required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR/Business Administration or At least 5-8 years of working experience in similar field/position.
  • Good knowledge in Malaysian Labour Law and keeping abreast with the latest litigation updates.
  • Ability to communicate effectively & professionally.
  • The ability to pay attention to details and a having a strong sense of urgency.
  • Able to speak in Mandarin (Need to liaise with HQ in China).
