Job Description: Process Engineer
- In charge of front process (conductor making): Electroplating, multiple drawing & bunching process.
- In charge of the wire-making process: Hook-up wire type, Data transmission cable.
- Continual process improvement to fulfill environmental requirements & improvement in the aspect of cost & quality.
- Conducted test run then composed test report and Manufacturing Standard.
- Established proper machine condition for mass production.
- Ensured proper production condition and provided procedures.
- Participated in machine modification activities.
- Worked up on a new machine investment project.
- Provided troubleshooting support related to any quality issues.
- Supervise subordinates. (technician)
- Evaluated on new/alternative material.
- Introduction of new/alternative tooling.
- Participated overseas visitation to meet supplier.
- Participated overseas new machine commissioning test run.
- Carried out audit to local & overseas supplier.
- Prepared sample for customer approval.
- Performed data analysis to study the process performance.
- Composed material standard.
- Performed & chaired for PFMEA review meeting.
- Participated internal auditing.
- Production monthly scraps reporting via Global Loss Buster (GLB) system.
- Statistical process control (SPC) Value Added Cost Reduction (VACR) activity.
- KAIZEN improvement activity. • Document translation.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably a Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of working experience in a relevant field.
- Working knowledge of PLC systems and instrumentation techniques and guidelines.
- Knowledge in Solidworks, AutoCad, and ProE software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
Experience:
- PLC systems and instrumentation techniques: 2 years (Preferred)
- electronic manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
