  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Working days: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm), Sat alt week (9am - 6pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that team addresses customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via phone, email and live chat.
  • To coordinate with overseas agent on the shipment consolidation by Air and Ocean.
  • To coordinate with operations department to ensure clients shipment arrive and are delivered on time.
  • Responsible and resolve for customers' queries follow-up and processing.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, evaluate problems raised by customers, and provide comprehensive answers and appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

  • Able to read, write, and understand Mandarin (as need to communicate client from China)
  • Technical proficiency with MS Applications (Outlook, Excel, and Words)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
