Responsibilities:
- Accurately compute and handle employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions promptly.
- Make sure ZERO error in Payroll Processing
- Keep track of payroll records, including attendance, overtime, and remaining leave balances.
- Make sure that payroll processing follows all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Respond to any inquiries employees have about payroll and offer support as required.
- Keep employee records and databases up to date, making sure they are accurate and kept confidential.
- Accurately complete and handle invoices, receipts, expense claims, and other financial documents.
- Assistance with various administrative tasks.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and written communication in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide support in administrative and HR functions such as processing payroll, managing employee leaves, and handling medical and claim matters.
- experience in JTK cases will be advantage
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or minimum Diploma and above
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
- Well-versed in labour law
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
