Responsibilities

  • Supports the Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer in the efficient and effective implementation of the Anti Money Laundering Compliance Program. This involves advising on and reviewing customer due diligence requirements, reviewing high risk cases and name screening results, conducting training and compliance monitoring activities, and reporting to internal governance bodies.
  • Manage statutory reporting and filing obligations of the Trust and Company Service Provider licensed entities.
  • Coordinate and support in implementing Global Compliance policies and requirements.
  • Support in ensuring prompt communication of regulatory updates and developments.
  • Assist in managing regulatory interactions and correspondence

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
  • Knowledgeable in Anti Money Laundering
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including MS Word and Excel.
  • good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
