Position: Customer Service Representative (Gaming Project)

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service

Passport Validity: At least 24 months

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and callbacks.
  • Direct customer inquiries to appropriate support channels when needed.
  • Handle customer escalations by ensuring issues are tracked and resolved effectively.
  • Follow all procedures and workflows, including data entry and complaint management processes.
  • Meet all Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with customers politely, adhering to Facebook’s processes.
  • Read, write, and speak English and, for native speakers, Thai.

Start Date: November 18

Shift: Rotational shifts

Compensation: Basic salary RM4,000-4,300 + RM 300 night shift + KPI up to 400
