Position: Customer Service Representative (Gaming Project)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and callbacks.
- Direct customer inquiries to appropriate support channels when needed.
- Handle customer escalations by ensuring issues are tracked and resolved effectively.
- Follow all procedures and workflows, including data entry and complaint management processes.
- Meet all Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with customers politely, adhering to Facebook’s processes.
- Read, write, and speak English and, for native speakers, Thai.
Start Date: November 18
Shift: Rotational shifts
Compensation: Basic salary RM4,000-4,300 + RM 300 night shift + KPI up to 400
