This role offers an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, reliable and effective individual to take on the role of Audit Support Associate in our firm and to work with a team of professionals to support Forvis Mazars in Singapore. The role requires you to support the Singapore office on Atlas related issues and matters, which includes direct support of the end users in their use of Atlas. This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Provides support to the Singapore office on Atlas related issues and matters, which includes direct support of the end users in their use of Atlas
Coordinates with the Singapore Atlas Support Team to, where applicable, elevate issues to the Group Atlas Support Team and to proactively follow up with respective parties to resolve and/or close the matters/issues
As and when required, provide support to the Singapore Atlas Support Team in rolling out changes in the Atlas version
Where applicable, generate and/or review Atlas reports and support the Singapore Atlas Support Team in analysing the reports
As and when required, provide administrative support such as guiding the typists based in RRT in their course of work
Any other adhoc tasks as assigned deemed reasonable in your scope of work.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years of working experience.
Good team player and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and planning skills and highly responsible and reliable.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office applications (including Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
Highly adaptable, able to work independently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
