Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Clinics for Grant Programs:
- Identify and engage potential clinics eligible for grant programs.
- Assist clinics in understanding the benefits and requirements of the health kiosk technology.
- Coordinate the application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted accurately and timely.
- Provide ongoing support to clinics throughout the onboarding process, addressing any concerns or questions.
Health Kiosk Implementation and Maintenance:
- Oversee the deployment and installation of health kiosks at clinic locations.
- Ensure kiosks are properly set up and integrated with clinic systems.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
- Coordinate with the technical team for advanced support and repairs.
Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver training programs for clinic staff on using health kiosks effectively.
- Create user manuals, training materials, and FAQs.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clinic staff, ensuring they are confident in using the technology.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze data collected from health kiosks to assess performance and usage.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic administrators, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for any kiosk-related inquiries or issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless operations.
Operational Excellence:
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for kiosk management and clinic onboarding.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in health kiosk technology.
- Generate regular reports on key metrics and present findings to management.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations for enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare operations or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skills:
- Operational Management: Basic understanding of healthcare operations and management.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent service to patients and other stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
