Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective clients to promote our freight forwarding services and generate leads.
- Assist the sales team in managing client inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on leads.
- Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer engagement.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing sales reports and tracking sales performance metrics.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or telesales role, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
