HR cum Finance: Key Responsibilities:
1. Staff Onboarding & Documentation:
o Prepare and manage onboarding documents for new employees.
o Issue internal offer letters and ensure completion of all onboarding formalities.
2. Appraisals & Payroll:
o Prepare internal appraisal letters and coordinate the appraisal process.
o Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
3. Regulatory Compliance:
o LHDN (Inland Revenue): Handle staff additions, removals, and all related queries.
o KWSP (Employee Provident Fund): Manage employee additions, removals, and respond to any KWSP-related queries.
o SOCSO (Social Security Organization): Handle employee registrations, removals, and respond to SOCSO queries.
o EIS (Employment Insurance System): Add/remove employees and address EIS-related inquiries.
o JTK (Labor Department): Oversee and respond to all JTK-related queries.
o Tax Clearance: Manage and execute the complete tax clearance process for departing employees.
4. Attendance & Leave Management:
o Maintain the internal leave tracker and process leave applications.
o Update and manage daily attendance records.
5. Employee Engagement & Recognition:
o Keep track of work anniversaries and birthdays, ensuring proper recognition and acknowledgment.
o Take charge of organizing company ad hoc activities, coordinating quarterly R&R (Rewards & Recognition) functions, and supporting other company events.
6. General HR Administration:
o Provide administrative support for all HR-related activities.
o Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and support HR initiatives.
