Requirement • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sourcing, supplier management, or business development in e-commerce, retail, or related industries. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field. • Networking Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers across various regions. • Negotiation Abilities: Demonstrated skills in negotiating contracts and securing favorable terms with suppliers. • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing market trends, supplier performance, and competitive data to inform sourcing decisions. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting proposals and managing supplier communications. • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects across regions, prioritizing effectively. • Technical Skills: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and supplier management systems (e.g., ERP systems, sourcing databases). • Global Sourcing Experience: Experience sourcing suppliers or partners across international markets is highly advantageous.
