We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, be highly organized, and demonstrate a particular focus on accuracy in all HR-related tasks.
Job Description
- Lead and manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
- Oversees disciplinary actions, promotions and restructuring within the Company.
- Prepare and review HR documentation such as contracts, offer letters, and employee records.
- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in overtime and attendance tracking.
- Handle employee queries and ensure company policies are clearly communicated.
- Reviewed performance data and identifies training or development needs.
- Assist in implementing HR strategies to improve employee engagement and performance.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the HR system and ensure all processes comply with company standards and legal requirements.
- Ensure company compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Supervises HR Officer or junior team members.
- Acts as mentor or coach to the HR team.
- Collaborate with Department Head to understand staffing needs and plans.
- Ad-hoc task as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Possess high level of integrity, initiative, commitment and sense of urgency.
- Strict discipline in maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Having experience in info-tech system is an added advantage.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge in IT is added advantage.
- Age requirement 24 to 30 years old.
- Willing to relocate/travel to Kapar, Klang.

Working Schedule
- Monday to Saturday.
- 9:00am - 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break.
- Alternate Saturday.
