Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately enter data into company systems and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and error-free.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records for easy retrieval.
- Invoice Management: Prepare and issue invoices for B2B clients in a timely manner.
- Follow up on invoice payments and handle any billing discrepancies.
- Logistics Coordination:Arrange logistics for B2B orders, including packaging and shipment tracking.
- Manage stock transfers between different locations or warehouses.
- Coordinate with couriers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory and Stock Control: Assist in monitoring inventory levels and updating stock records.
- Support in stock-taking activities and reporting discrepancies.
- Administrative Support:Handle general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Provide support to other departments as needed with administrative duties.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, invoices, or logistics in a professional manner.
- Assist with resolving any issues or concerns related to delivery and product availability.
- Report Generation:Generate basic financial and inventory reports as required by the management.
- Assist in preparing documents and records for audits or internal reviews.
- Coordination with the Accounts Team: Work closely with the accounts department to ensure smooth processing of invoices and payments.
Requirements :
- Education: Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Entry-level position; no prior experience required, but some exposure to accounting or administrative tasks is an advantage.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Team Player: Willingness to work closely with other departments and support where needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
