  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,200 ( + Commission)
Working Days: 6-day work week with 1 designated off day between Monday until Thursday
Working Hours : 10.00 am - 8.00 pm
Location: NO 11, Jalan Boling Padang H 13/H, SECTION 13, 40100 Shah Alam, Selangor

  • Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries.
  • Convince and upsell packages to walk-in customers.
  • Close sales and ensure smooth booking processes for spa services.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer queries regarding services, packages, and pricing.
  • Manage bookings and appointments for spa services.
  • Handle customer records and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Create and post engaging content related to the spa on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Work closely with therapists and the marketing team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support management in administrative tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
