Job Responsbilities :
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
- Develop a strong network of contacts to attract and secure new clients.
- Promote the company’s products and services to potential clients.
- Oversee and manage growth projects, including sales forecasting and revenue projections.
- Maintain confidentiality to protect the organization’s value.
- Enhance the company’s reputation by taking ownership of unique requests and tasks.
- Prepare proposals and presentations, and manage client communications.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to build relationships and promote the brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Any additional responsibilities/ tasks as delegated by the Management as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in business development, sales, or marketing; experience in the kitchen cabinet or interior design industry is an advantage.
- Strong business development and sales growth techniques, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and handle uncertainty.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic about the company’s mission and growth potential
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
