Job description This position shall be based in JSK Corporate Office in Jalan Lintas, KK, Sabah. Exposure to the HR is a prerequisite. Responsibilities: Responsible to assist the Senior HR Officer for the overall Hospitality & Tourism Division’s HR, Recruitment, IR, CSR, and Payroll functions and coordinating/liaising with other relevant Group Support Departments and branches. Ensure that all Recruitment, IR, CSR, and Payroll operation activities under your charge are performed in the most effective and efficient manner. Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in HR, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. 5 years experience in a similar capacity & handling the full scope of HR, Recruitment, IR, CSR, and Payroll functions. Must be able to communicate (read and write) in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage. Excellent interpersonal skills and computer literate. Exposure to HR, Recruitment, IR, CSR, Payroll, and ISO functions is a prerequisite for the position.
