Job Overview:

In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our restaurant running smoothly, inspiring our lively team, and making sure every guest has a wonderful experience. You'll also help manage our inventory, uphold high food safety standards according to Halal guidelines, and ensure that everything follows our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

1. Guest Service & Training

  • Ensure guests are welcomed and provided with excellent service.
  • Handle complaints quickly and professionally.
  • Regularly gather feedback and use it to improve guest experience.

2. Captain Training to Trainer

  • Train and motivate staff, especially captains, to perform well.
  • Create weekly staff schedules and make sure shifts are properly staffed.
  • Lead by example and provide guidance to staff, holding regular meetings to address concerns.

3. Role Model for Outlets

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain high food and service quality, ensuring standards are met.
  • Enforce and implement SOPs to ensure consistency.

4. SOP for Operation

  • Ensure all operational procedures are followed and regularly updated.
  • Train staff on SOPs and monitor compliance.

5. Operation Flow Synergy

  • Create a smooth workflow between the kitchen and service teams.
  • Solve operational issues to keep service efficient and fast.

6. Analysis & Solutions

  • Analyze reports to identify issues and areas for improvement.
  • Work with teams to resolve problems and improve performance.
  • Provide recommendations to management for operational improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
