Our programme follows a detailed framework to ensure participants build the essential skills and knowledge required for wealth management leadership.

Gain hands-on experience by rotating through arious key departments, including Product and Wealth Advisory; Institutional, Corporate and High-Net-Worth; and Investments - Equity and Fixed Income.

  • Mentorship by Senior Leaders:

You’ll be paired with a senior leader who will guide you throughout the programme, providing career advice, professional insights, and valuable networking opportunities.

  • Professional Certifications:

Enhance your professional development with certifications such as the Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM) and Marketing Representative (MR) from the Securities Commission Malaysia.

Eligibility Criteria

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for passionate, results-driven individuals who aspire to build a successful career in wealth management. Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.2
  • 2-5 years of working experience in the financial industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
