Job Summary: To develop and lead marketing strategies, plan, and campaigns and undertake all duties necessary to deliver strategies in achieving marketing objectives. To plan, formulate, implement & develop effective sales & marketing strategies align with market trend to achieve company sales target To handle both BTL & ATL marketing. To liaise closely with creative agencies, media, suppliers on A&P related matter and develop necessary marketing materials & tools To liaise closely with government agencies on mandatory applications such as advertising permits and developer licenses and updates regular report 7E & 7F to Ministry of Housing. To update regular reports to NAPIC and any related government agencies To liaise closely with government agencies on application for release bumiputera quota and low cost housing application To manage sales & marketing campaign, manage events and planning marketing calender include organize A&P for festival not limit to CNY, Raya, Deepavali, Annual events, appreciation nights. To perform market survey & research and monitor, analyze market trend from time to time. To manage company's social media accounts & social media marketing/digital marketing activities To liaise with banker , local authority or and any other party related to sales & marketing activities for company product licenses To liaise closely with management on reporting, recommendations & discussion Formulate and prepare 5 years market planning in line with the company’s business plan and objective. Produce annual and 5-year budgets of Phasing Plan and Yearly Launching Program encompassing revenue projection from sales of residential and commercial properties and leasing of commercial building, and projection of marketing expenditure. Formulate feasible Marketing Plan / Pricing Paper to meet the desired revenue and profit returns through the integration of marketing mix ~ 4Ps encompassing product positioning, target market, competitors analysis, pricing strategy, promotional strategy, cost, returns, and marketing expenditure for the Management’s approval prior to project sales launching. Ascertain the market scenario encompassing supply, demand, prospect property values, product design, development concept and trend, pricing, developers advertising and promotional strategy through primary and secondary market research to effectively support the Marketing Plan. Communicate feedback received from potential /buyers and provide marketing input in collaboration with the Project / Design Management team to develop and produce marketable and leasable property. Produce effective A&P campaigns and activities encompassing above and below the line advertising, road shows, launching events and marketing tools for all product launches for Management’s approval. Ensure smooth launching of project/product launch and dealing with relevant approval from Ministry of Housing (MOH) ~ Developer’s License (DL) and Advertising Permit (AP). Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business/Advertising/ Media/ Branding/ Mass Communication or equivalent from recognized university. At least 5 years working experience in Marketing and Sales line in property development’s company. Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding particularly in property industry Ability to utilize digital marketing/social media/web applications to support marketing activities. Knowledge in design program is an advantage
